0.5 oz Fresh Ginger Juice
0.5 oz Fever-Tree Premium Club Soda
Garnish with Fresh Rosemary

1.5 oz DAM Vodka
.5 oz Lemon Juice
1.0 oz Rhubarb Puree
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
2.5 oz Club Soda
Served over ice in a collins glass, bee pollen powder garnish.
Material Girl
2.0 oz DAM Vodka
.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Basil Simple Syrup
.25 oz Rose Water
1.0 oz Lychee Juice
Serve in a martini glass with edible flower garnish.
Ginger Pear Sour
2.0 oz DAM Vodka
0.5 oz Ginger Liqueur
.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1.0 oz Organic Unsweetened Pear Juice
Add all ingredient to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with pear fan.

2.5 oz Club Soda
